Melissa Chadick

Born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas, I was surrounded by real estate and the construction business my entire life. My father was a real estate developer in Hot Springs, and my mother taught at Lake Hamilton Schools for 34 years. After graduating from Lake Hamilton High School, I followed in my mother’s footsteps and chose a career in education. I received a Bachelor’s of Science in Education and a Masters in Special Education from Henderson State University.

I taught for 10 years at Lakeside Middle School, and although I loved teaching and my students, life began calling me in a new direction. The decision to leave education proved to be very difficult. However, I have been fortunate enough to find a new passion in helping others. 

Being a native of Hot Springs, I am very familiar with the community, local lakes, and the surrounding areas. I am also knowledgeable about the local school districts and their communities. 

My previous experience includes rental properties, investment properties, owner financing, commercial properties, custom homes, land, first-time home buyers, and all aspects of buying and selling real estate.

Being fully aware of the stress and commitment that comes with making real estate decisions, I’m fully devoted to making this process as pain-free as possible. I look forward to doing business with you.
